I love this recipe and so will you!
Ingredients:
3 fillets fresh turbot
2 sticks butter
3 cloves garlic
2 cups shredded coconut flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
If the turbot fillets are frozen, place in a cold water bath to defrost. Finely dice garlic and mix well with melted butter. Brush each fillet with the garlic butter mixture on both sides. Then sprinkle coconut flakes on top side of the turbot fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the over at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. The coconut flakes should be golden brown. Remove and serve.
